First, if we could help those unemployed that might be seeking to sell their home due to financial frustrations, that would be a big help. When people have choices, life seems to be a lot more fun. It's like when you see those TV commercials with great deals on automobiles for the "financially well qualified" buyer. And you don't qualify. It takes the wind right out of your sails.
