Back in the day, I hired over 100 full-time employees in the course of a year. Business was good. Then, as now, when the word gets out that someone is hiring, people seem to appear out of thin air.
This post caught my eye this morning, and reminded me of my own experience:
Free Prize Inside! "The Next BIG Marketing Idea" by Seth Godin
For those that might not know, this (to me) was the sequel to Godin's book, Purple Cow. This is also the book that originally sold in a cereal box! A play off the fact the first copies of Purple Cow came in a milk carton!
In searching my Throughput Blog, I was surprised to find that I had not yet mentioned this great textbook for "making something happen." Much like John Barry talked about WD-40 being a Marketing driven company, Godin talks about Marketing being a "whole company" activity, not just a few folk in a couple cubicles over in that poorly light corner of the basement.
So, what is the Free Prize inside RhinoGATOR™?
Well, as much as I would like to decide, it's not up to me. It's up to you! What makes us different? Lots of things (we hope)... but a free prize by definition is something that excites you enough to take action. Like that Cap'n Crunch decoder ring back in the day, perhaps. Or the simply amazing Alarm Clock inside my iPod touch (this feature alone is worth the $200 price of admission—yes, it is that versatile!). But I digress...
Allow me to make a couple of suggestions, try them on for "size" and if you get excited about one (or more) of them, let someone know. That is the true bottom line: can a few Americans passionate about this once great country with that "small business rules!" mentality actually create a startup to help Put America Back to Work™? You decide:

So, give us a spin, and see if RhinoGATOR™ is indeed as powerful as we hope. Be sure to let me know what you think. Your bottom line is most likely to get simply hired for that next, best destiny. Let the healing begin!
As I explain to Ed McCullough, host of WHHI-TV's Talk of the Town, the power of putting a Rhino on your Job Search is simple: They know how to charge through the thickest jungles and cannot be dissuaded from accomplishing their mission.
Searches are Free, but without creating a "profile" or "account", we can only take a "snapshot" of the job openings at the time of your query. In other words, do a quick query, and we take a quick look at what openings are readily and easily visible at that moment in time.
Take the time to create a Profile (we only require your name and email—we NEVER share your information with anyone), then do a search, storing that query in order for us to email your results, and we put the Rhino to work on your behalf, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our goal: bring back over a 24 to 48 hour period at least ten times as many jobs as any other tool on the net.
Put us to the test.
And let me know how we are doing.
